Amazon field course under way!

Students from UiO, NMBU, UFRA, UFPA and the Goeldi Museum have assembled at the Caxiuana field station in the Eastern Amazon for the first time. We arrived on the Goeldi Museum boat - the Ferreira Penna. After a couple of days with introductions to aquatic and forest methodologies, students have been busy collecting data for their projects.
