Orinoco goose tagging success

The January expedition to the Colombian Llanos in search of Orinoco geese to tag was a big success. Plenty of geese around. We caught 5 individuals and mounted a satellite transmitter on two (one female and one male). Now we wait for the rains to arrive and the birds to make a move! Thanks to Lisa, Natalia and Scott for excellent company in the field.
